This slide refers to our initiative in environment aspect.
We started to participate in GRESB assessment ahead of other J-REIT in 2014, and in the 2019 assessment, we were highly awarded in all categories such as overall evaluation, evaluation by sector and disclosure score.
Moreover, we have been actively working on acquisition of environmental certification, and the number of properties acquired environmental certifications has increased by one to total 26, in other words, over half of total floor area are awarded those certifications.
From a perspective of the asset management also, we will make our best to improve environmental performance such as reducing environmental loading and will continue to strengthen ESG management.
