This slide shows the management performance with key indicators for the period ended May 2020.
As an outcome of management strategy set up at beginning of the period under review, rent increased amount at both rent revision and tenant replacement recorded high, and with benefit from asset replacement to Ebisu Prime Square, an office property in the greater Shibuya area, NAV per unit grew along with bottoming up stabilized DPU.
Having said that, due to the facility closure of some of our retail properties for certain period that we decided to take as a preventive measure against COVID-19 infection spread, both revenue and profit showed decline and DPU for the period under review decreased from the previous period by ¥629 to ¥9,508.
