This slide refers to our initiatives toward government aspect.
In May, our sponsor, Tokyu Land Corporation announced its intention to acquire additional 1% of API’s investment units, and it had been recently completed.
Since listed, we have been supported by our sponsor in various ways including provision of properties, human resources and know-how.
Following the additional acquisition of our units, the percentage of total units outstanding held by the sponsor became 10.5%, increased by 1%. The same-boat investment of the sponsor with API’s unit holder strengthened this time can be expected a further intensified support from them which will contribute to the middle- to long-term growth of API.
