In Action one, let us explain our progress for acceleration of a target timing of achievement in stabilized DPU of ¥10,000.

As explained at the previous financial presentation meeting, we have mentioned that our target timing to reach stabilized DPU at ¥10,000 would be within two to three years from the period ended May 2019, by counting in only the internal growth in office to achieve and this would be accelerated through an external growth.

And for the period ended November 2019, we have achieved ¥220 increase in rent resulted from an internal growth already contracted for the period ending May 2020 as well as for the period ended November 2019.
Also, we have increased DPU by ¥157 through an asset replacement (after property related taxes to be expensed).

By taking these steps, we believe that one year acceleration of a target timing is feasible and we will achieve such goal within a year and a half or two years from the period ended May 2019.
