First, I would like to mention the operation status of Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku and DECKS Tokyo Beach. Both facilities were obliged to close for a moment, though reopened from June 1st and the number of visitors recovered to half compared to previous year.

After American Eagle Outfitters closed its store in December last year, tenant who had operated the brand opened another brand store in Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku in this July.
The lease contract with the operator is still in effect, though we continue leasing in preparation for the possible cancellation before tenancy matures with aim to achieve upside taking advantage of locational advantage being in front of the Jingumae crossing.
