Next, I would like to explain the trends in the aggregate appraisal value of our portfolio and NAV per unit.
As explained in the previous page, the aggregate appraisal value of our portfolio stood at ¥475,890 million in total of 39 properties at the end of the 12th period and ¥499,817 million in total of 42 properties after the fifth public offering.
NAV per unit at the end of the 12th period was ¥417,110, up 1.9% and ¥7,956 from the end of the previous period.
