In May 2017, our Sponsor Group announced its new medium-tern management plan.
They deemed "Expansion of Associated Assets" as one of its basic policies, and REIT and fund businesses comprise an essential part.
Tokyu Land Corporation, one of our Sponsor companies is promoting several projects including urban redevelopment of Shibuya.
