On this page, the historical occupancy rates by property are shown.

Since listed, the occupancy rate of our entire portfolio at the end of each period maintained over 99%.
At the end of the 12th period, only two properties (Tokyu Plaza Akasaka and Shiodome Building) have vacant area, which is 44 tsubo in total, and the occupancy rate of our entire portfolio marked 100.0% (99.96%), the highest rate ever.

We will continue to make effort to maintain high occupancy rate.
