I would like to provide some explanations about other initiatives.
Top left provides details of our activities to enhance sustainability. At the fourth participation in the GRESB Real Estate Assessment, we received the highest grade "Green Star" for three consecutive years since 2014, while also acquiring "CASBEE Property Assessment Certification" and "DBJ Green Building Certification" on a continuous basis. We will make further efforts to take environmental measures and fulfill corporate social responsibility.
Our continued IR activities are mentioned in 2. at the bottom left. Our IR activities encountered 166 institutional investors and 1,200 retail investors in Japan and abroad during the 10th period. We will continue these activities to expand the investor universe, raise our profile further and encourage understanding among investors.
The reorganization of the asset manager is detailed in 3. on the right side. From April 1, 2017, TLC Activia Investment Management Inc., the asset manager of Activia Properties, will become TLC REIT Management Inc. upon merger with TLC Comforia Investment Management, Inc. and others. This reorganization is intended to enhance our ability of asset management and to improve unitholders’ value further.
