The appraisal values as of the end of period are specified in this slide.
The figures indicated by boldface in the center are appraisal values of 35 properties as of the end of the 10th period, while those on the immediate left column are the appraisal values as of the end of the 9th period.
The aggregate appraisal values as of the end of the 10th period increased by ¥6,170 million from those as of the end of the 9th period, mainly due to the further decline in cap rates. As stated in the bottom right, unrealized gains in the portfolio as of the end of the 10th period increased by ¥7.1 billion from the previous period to ¥54.2 billion.
