On this page is stated the trends of appraisal value and NAV per unit. As indicated in the previous page, the aggregate appraisal value of our portfolio at the end of the 11th period stood at ¥471,555 million in total of 39 properties.
Furthermore, NAV per unit at the end of the 11th period was ¥409,154, up 6.1% or ¥23,404 from the end of the previous period.
Lastly, I would like to explain about the situation of unitholders. Please turn to the page 27.
