Top left No 1 provides details of our activities to enhance sustainability. In the GRESB real estate assessment, we received the highest grade "Green Star" for three consecutive years since 2014 and earned 4-stars. Also, in February this year, for the first time we acquired BELS certification on "A-PLACE Shibuya Konno" and "A-PLACE Yoyogi".
We also acquire "CASBEE Certification" and "DBJ Green Building Certification" on a continuous basis. We will make further efforts to take environmental measures and fulfill corporate social responsibility.
Our continued IR activities are mentioned in No 2 at the bottom left.
In the 11th period, we made IR meetings with 119 institutional investors in both Japan and overseas and 1,100 domestic retail investors.
The effort to protect environment is explained in No 3. at the lower right.
In "Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku", we have set up facilities such as wind power generation. We also initiate environmental protection activities in "Omohara no mori" at the roof terrace, actively promoting the protection of biodiversity.
